What we collect

Browsing TriVetted requires no account. We collect information you choose to give us — for example when you email us, submit a quote request, claim a listing, or leave a review — such as your name, contact details, and the content of your message. Our hosting provider records standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) to run and secure the service.

How quote requests are shared

When you submit a quote request, it is shared with the local businesses you select — or, where the form says so, with up to three matching local providers — so they can contact you about your project by the methods you consent to on the form. We record the consent text you agreed to and when you agreed. We do not sell consumer contact information to anyone else.

Analytics and cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful — page views and anonymized usage only; we do not use third-party advertising trackers and we do not sell usage data. To opt out, use Google's browser opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout), enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, or block the googletagmanager.com script — the site works fully without it.

Business listing data

Listings contain business information — names, addresses, phone numbers, license records — gathered from the businesses themselves and from official public registries. If a listing shows your business information and you want it corrected, email us and we'll re-verify it against the source.

Your choices

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we're required to keep (such as consent logs). New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania residents may have additional rights under state law; we honor them regardless of which state you're in.
